Data You Provide To Us (Personal & Non-Personal Information)
Non-Personal Information: GPOSTING collects non-personally identifiable information that your browser makes available whenever you visit Websites. This information includes your Internet connection and hardware specs, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your query and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.
Personal Information: In addition, To create an account you need to provide your personal information such as your full name, credit card information, billing address, your email address, your Skype ID, IP address, system information, your activities on the Websites, and any other information you provide when using GPOSTING services or interacting with us in any way.
We do not collect your sensitive personal information, in particular, confidential medical facts, racial or ethnic origins, political or religious beliefs or sexuality.

You have choices about the information on your profile, such as your photo, city or area. You don’t have to provide additional information on your profile. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile and to make that sensitive information public. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available.
We collect personal data from you when you provide, post or upload it to our Services, such as when you fill out a form, respond to a survey, or submit a message.
You don’t have to post or upload personal data; through if you don’t, it may limit your engage with us over our Services.
Additionally and only upon your grant of respective permissions we may collect information from third party service providers.

2. How We Collect the Information
To facilitate your use of the Service, GPOSTING may automatically collect certain types of information when you access or use the Service, complete surveys, send and receive communications, perform search queries and marketing activities.
GPOSTING may use various technologies to collect and store information when you use our Services, and this may include using cookies and similar tracking technologies on our Websites, such as pixels and web beacons, to analyze trends, administer the websites, track users’ movements around the websites, serve targeted advertisements, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We use data and content about Members for invitations and communications promoting membership and network growth, engagement and our Services.
GPOSTING does not share your personal information with third parties or the public except as set forth herein. We may share your personal information with our third-party service providers, such as SMTP infrastructure providers, analytical services, payment processors, merchants, or resellers, performing services, which supplement our Services. These service providers may have access to personal information as needed to perform their functions. Third parties with whom we share your data currently include, but are not limited to Google, OWOX, YouTube, Act-on, Sendgrid, Inspectlet, Adroll, Facebook and Twitter. We do not sell your personal information.
GPOSTING may also share your personal information with the partner third-parties, namely, GainRock. This information only includes your email and name you’ve specified on your account. We do not disclose your payment information.
We use data, including public data, to conduct research and development for the further development of our Services in order to provide you and others with a better, more intuitive and personalized experience, drive membership growth and engagement on our Services.
Polls and surveys are conducted by us and others through our Services. You are not obligated to respond to polls or surveys, and you have choices about the information you provide.
We may need to share your data when we believe it’s required by law or to help protect the rights and safety of you, us or others.
It is possible that we will need to disclose information about you when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to

We may dispute such demands when we believe, in our discretion, that the requests are overbroad, vague or lack proper authority, but we do not promise to challenge every demand.

We keep most of your personal data for as long as your account is open. All other data as specified above will be retained for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may also retain information as required by law.
We keep some of your data even after you close your account.
We retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our User Agreement, or fulfill your request to “unsubscribe” from further messages from us. We will retain de-personalized information after your account has been closed.
6. Information Security
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain Services or specific areas of the Websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask that you do not share your password with anyone.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Personal data in the European Union is protected by data protection laws but other countries do not necessarily protect your personal data in the same way. Our websites and some of our products or services or parts of them may be hosted in the United States and this means that we may transfer any information which is submitted by you through the websites, product or service outside the European Economic Area (which means all the EU countries plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) (“EEA”) to the United States. When you send an email to us, this may also be stored on email servers which are hosted in the United States or outside the EU.
