Welcome to GPosting.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gposting.com, including our marketplace, account system, Guest Post, Link Insertion, Seller/Publisher, payment, and payout services.

By creating an account, adding funds, placing or accepting an order, listing a website, requesting a payout, or otherwise using GPosting, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• GPosting / Platform: gposting.com and services provided through the GPosting Marketplace.
• Buyer / Client: A user who purchases Guest Posts, Link Insertions, or other services.
• Seller / Publisher: A website owner, publisher, or authorized representative who provides publishing services through GPosting.
• Order: A service request placed through GPosting.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and current information and are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

You may not impersonate another person or business or use false or misleading information.

GPosting may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security violations, or violations of these Terms.

3. GPosting Marketplace

GPosting provides an online marketplace where Buyers can purchase Guest Posts, Link Insertions, and other publishing services.

Website information may include prices, website metrics, traffic information, categories, publishing requirements, estimated delivery times, and special terms.

Prices, traffic, DR, DA, rankings, and other third-party metrics may change at any time.

4. Guest Post & Link Insertion Orders

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct:

  Images, where required
• ✓
  Publishing instructions

Once an order enters processing or has been published, changes or cancellation may not always be possible.

5. Content Requirements

GPosting or a Publisher may reject content that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, misleading, copyright-infringing, or against the Publisher's editorial policy.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content.

6. Seller / Publisher Responsibilities

Sellers must have the authority to provide publishing services for websites they list on GPosting.

Sellers should provide accurate website information, follow order instructions, publish the correct content and links, and provide the live URL after completion.

GPosting may remove or suspend Sellers or websites for fraud, unauthorized listings, misleading information, or repeated order failures.

7. Website Prices

Prices displayed on GPosting may change at any time.

The price shown or confirmed when an order is placed will normally apply to that order.

If price or availability changes before processing, the Buyer may be offered the option to accept the new price or cancel the order.

8. Payments & Account Balance

GPosting operates on a prepaid payment system.

Buyers must pay before placing an order. Buyers can:

• Pay directly when placing an order; or
• Create a GPosting account, add funds, and use their available balance to place orders.

Orders will only be processed when sufficient payment or account balance is available.

Payment processing, bank, currency conversion, taxes, or other transaction fees may apply.

9. Adding Funds

Registered users may add funds to their GPosting account using available payment methods.

Account funds can be used to purchase eligible services from the GPosting Marketplace.

If a payment is rejected, reversed, disputed, or charged back, the corresponding balance may be removed or restricted.

10. Seller / Publisher Payouts

Sellers can request a payout when their available balance reaches a minimum of $50 USD.

GPosting charges a 15%–20% platform fee from Seller earnings. Payment processing or transaction fees may also be deducted where applicable.

Payouts may take a few business days to process, but we aim to send approved payments as quickly as possible.

Sellers must provide correct payout details. If payment is sent to the wrong account because incorrect information was provided, GPosting will not be responsible for the loss.

11. Order Cancellation

An order may generally be cancelled before it enters processing or is accepted by the Publisher.

Once work has started, content has been submitted to a Publisher, or publication has occurred, cancellation may not be available.

If GPosting cannot complete an eligible order, the applicable amount may be returned according to our Refund Policy.

12. Refunds & Account Credit

Once an order has been successfully published and the live link delivered, the order is generally non-refundable.

If GPosting cannot complete an eligible order, the applicable amount may be refunded as GPosting Account Credit.

The credit can be used to place another eligible order from the GPosting Marketplace.

Account Credit is generally non-withdrawable and non-transferable, except where otherwise approved by GPosting or required by applicable law.

13. Published Links & Articles

If an eligible published placement is removed during an applicable guarantee period, GPosting may request restoration, arrange a replacement, provide Account Credit, or offer another reasonable solution.

Third-party Publishers may change, remove, edit, redirect, sell, close, or otherwise modify their websites outside GPosting's direct control.

14. No SEO or Ranking Guarantee

GPosting does not guarantee:

• Google or other search engine indexing
• Search engine rankings
• Organic traffic
• Domain Rating (DR)
• Domain Authority (DA)
• Keyword rankings
• Leads or sales
• Specific SEO results

Third-party SEO metrics may change at any time.

15. Third-Party Websites

Websites listed in the GPosting Marketplace may be independently owned and operated.

Third-party websites may change their content, ownership, traffic, SEO metrics, editorial policies, linking policies, or availability.

GPosting is not responsible for independent changes made by third-party website owners except where specifically covered by an applicable order guarantee.

16. Buyer & Seller Privacy

GPosting does not publicly share private Buyer or Seller information, including private contact details, payment information, account balances, private orders, or communications.

Buyers and Sellers may have a public GPosting profile and profile link, which they may voluntarily share on websites, social media, email, or other marketing channels.

A public profile does not provide access to private account or payment information.

17. Intellectual Property

The GPosting website, marketplace, branding, logos, software, designs, databases, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to GPosting.

Users may not copy our marketplace, reproduce substantial portions of our database, impersonate GPosting, or conduct prohibited automated scraping without authorization.

18. User Content

Users retain ownership of content submitted to GPosting.

By submitting content for an order, you grant GPosting and the relevant Publisher permission to use, edit, format, transmit, and publish the content as necessary to complete the service.

19. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use GPosting to:

• Commit fraud or illegal activities
• Use stolen or unauthorized payment information
• Distribute malware
• Access another user's account without permission
• Abuse payment or payout systems
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Provide intentionally false information
• Conduct unauthorized scraping
• Attack or interfere with our Platform
• Manipulate orders, payments, or payouts

20. Fraud, Payment Reversals & Chargebacks

GPosting may restrict or suspend accounts associated with fraudulent payments, unauthorized transactions, abusive chargebacks, or false payment claims.

If funds added to an account are later reversed or charged back, GPosting may deduct the corresponding amount from the user's balance.

GPosting may provide relevant transaction and order records to payment providers when responding to disputes.

21. Suspension & Termination

GPosting may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, payment or payout abuse, chargeback abuse, security concerns, illegal activity, or marketplace misuse.

22. Service Availability

We aim to keep GPosting available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, server issues, software updates, security incidents, network failures, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect the Platform.

23. Disclaimer

GPosting services are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We cannot guarantee that all marketplace information will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

GPosting does not guarantee specific SEO, traffic, ranking, financial, or marketing results.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GPosting will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform or independent third-party websites.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

25. Privacy

Use of GPosting is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

26. Changes to These Terms

GPosting may update these Terms when our services, marketplace, payment or payout systems, business practices, or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on gposting.com with an updated revision date.
