Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, you receive an order ID and an estimated delivery window. We will notify you of any delays before the original deadline.
Placement Verification
On completion, we deliver:

Delays
If a publisher experiences an editorial delay, we will offer a replacement placement of equivalent quality at no extra cost. If we cannot deliver within 28 days of order date, you may request a full refund per our Refund Policy.
Live Link Monitoring
We monitor every placement for 30 days post-publication. If a link is removed or modified, we replace it free of charge.
